In 2017, Soletanche Freyssinet generated revenues of €3.18 billion, which represents organic growth of 5%; the increase was driven by strong momentum on the global construction market. With the integration of Carpi, a world leader in dam waterproofing, and ConeTec, a Canadian company specialising in soil investigation, the Group also expanded its technology portfolio.
Order intake was brisk, in particular thanks to the dynamic growth of our soil activities. We also strengthened our market position by acquiring new areas of expertise, expanding our technology portfolio by integrating Carpi, the world leader in dam waterproofing, and ConeTec, the Canadian specialist in soil investigation.
